By registering, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information

  • Keep your login details confidential

  • Use the account personally and not share access with others

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

Future renewals can be cancelled at any time before the next billing cycle.

4. Events and Experiences

4.1 Bookings

Event participation requires advance booking through our website or partner links.
All prices are in euros (€) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Individuals who purchase tickets for a TrueLink Event via a third-party platform are subject to these Terms, regardless of whether they hold an active TrueLink Connect membership.

Event participation does not automatically include access to the TrueLink Connect digital community or any membership benefits, unless separately purchased.

4.2 Cancellations

All event cancellations, refunds, and credits are governed by our dedicated Cancellation & Refund Policy.
This policy outlines participant rights, deadlines, and eligibility for credits or refunds.

In summary:

  • Cancellations received more than five (5) calendar days before an event are eligible for a credit toward a future TrueLink World event of equal value, in accordance with venue and supplier terms.

  • Cancellations within five (5) days of the event, or non-attendance (no-show), are non-refundable.

  • If TrueLink World cancels or reschedules an event, participants will receive either a full refund or credit.

All refund or credit requests must be submitted in writing to info@truelink.world.

4.3 Behaviour and Safety

Participants are expected to act respectfully toward others, the venue, and the hosts.
TrueLink World may deny participation or ask individuals to leave if behaviour is inappropriate or disruptive.
Participation is always voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.

Participants acknowledge that certain events or experiences may involve light physical activity, outdoor environments, uneven terrain, transportation, or other conditions that carry inherent risks. By participating, individuals confirm that they are physically able to take part and assume responsibility for their own health and safety during the activity.

TrueLink World does not provide medical supervision and cannot be held responsible for injuries, accidents, or health-related incidents that occur during participation, except in cases of proven gross negligence or willful misconduct.

4.4 Photography & Video Recording

During TrueLink World events, photos and short video recordings may be taken for documentation, community communication, and marketing purposes, including use on our website, newsletters, and social media channels.

By participating in an event, participants acknowledge that such recordings may occur.

If a participant prefers not to appear in any photos or videos, this must be communicated to the host before or during the event. TrueLink World will make reasonable efforts to respect such preferences.

We always aim to handle photography with care, discretion, and respect for each individual.

5. Partner and B2B Collaborations

TrueLink World collaborates with restaurants, hotels, wineries, event venues, local creators, and service professionals (collectively, “Partners”) to co-host or sponsor experiences.

Partnerships may include co-branded events, venue collaborations, or promotional activities.
Each collaboration will be defined by a separate written or electronic agreement outlining the scope, pricing, visibility rights, and obligations of both parties.

5.2 Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate business information and comply with local laws (licences, insurance, safety, hygiene)

  • Deliver agreed services professionally and on time

  • Respect TrueLink World’s brand image and communication standards

TrueLink World agrees to:

  • Present partner brands accurately and fairly

9. Disclaimers and Liability Limitations

TrueLink World provides its services with reasonable care and aims to offer accurate information, reliable communication, and well-organized experiences. However, uninterrupted access, error-free technical operation, and specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

TrueLink World is not responsible for injuries, losses, or damages that result from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including actions of other participants, decisions or conditions attributable to third-party venues or service providers, or external disruptions such as weather, transportation issues, or public health regulations.

Participants take part in all activities under their own responsibility and are expected to act with appropriate care. Personal insurance coverage, where relevant, remains the responsibility of each participant.

TrueLink World remains responsible for its own obligations and cannot exclude liability in cases where such limitation is prohibited by law. This includes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or harm to life, physical integrity, or health.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

TrueLink World operates its online community through Mighty Networks and may use third-party platforms such as TicketTailor for event ticketing, as well as Stripe and PayPal for payment processing.
These platforms have their own terms of use, refund policies, and data practices, which apply in addition to these Terms.

TrueLink World is responsible solely for the services and experiences it directly provides: such as events, memberships, and community activities.
We are not responsible for the availability, functionality, or content of the Mighty Networks platform or any third-party services integrated therein.
Technical issues, outages, or payment-processing errors fall under the responsibility of Mighty Networks and its associated payment providers (Stripe or PayPal).

Our website and newsletters may also include links to external websites or partner pages.
TrueLink World is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these external services.
Using such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Data Protection

All personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
By using this site, you acknowledge that data may be processed for legitimate purposes such as communication, security, and service delivery.

12. Termination

TrueLink World reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website, membership, or collaborations at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

  • You breach these Terms or related policies (including the Cancellation & Refund Policy or community conduct guidelines), or

  • Such action is necessary to protect the integrity of the community or business operations.

Termination of membership or access does not affect any existing legal obligations, unpaid invoices, or accrued credits.
If access to your account or membership is interrupted or suspended due to a technical issue on the Mighty Networks platform, TrueLink World will assist in reporting the issue, but the resolution or reactivation will be handled according to Mighty Networks’ technical procedures and terms.

If a member chooses to cancel or terminate their membership for personal or technical reasons, the conditions set out in this Policy and the Cancellation & Refund Policy shall apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements.
The latest version will always be published on www.truelink.world, indicating the effective date.
